Charles S. Nanavaty, CPA founded the practice in 1991. Prior to the formation of the firm, Charles was associated with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse acquiring experience in both the audit and tax departments.

Over the next decade Glenn J. Nanavaty, CPA, an Audit Manager with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young and Robert M. Davenport, CPA, a Senior Tax Manager also with the firm of Ernst & Young joined Charles to create the firm Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport.
